The Well-being Canada program integrates the latest science and empirical research to give young people the tools they need to support their own well-being. Through a series of lessons and activities calibrated to the student’s developmental level, the program promotes social and emotional competencies, well-being, healthy relationships and anti-bullying through service learning, resulting in improved self-management, social and self-awareness, relationship skills and responsible decision-making.
